We understand that plans change. Here's our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Rules:

• Before 48 hours of check-in: 100% refund
• Within 48 hours of check-in: 50% refund
• No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund

Refund Process:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Early Check-Out:

No refunds for early departures once checked in.
